What time is Check In and Check Out?

Check In is anytime after 3pm and Check Out is by 11am.

Can we check in early or check out late?

Sure! There is a $25 per hour fee for early check in or late check out. Just give us a call and ask if you can add it to your reservation. We try to always accommodate guests, but sometimes early check in or late check out might not be available due to our housekeeping schedule.

Is there parking available?

Yes! We have free parking in front of the house.

Is there cable TV and internet?

Every room has cable TV and wireless internet is available in the house.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed. There are several great boarding facilities in the area though! We personally recommend Greg's Groom N' Room on 7th St in Kemah.

Can we use the kitchen?

The kitchen is not available for use. Guests are more than welcome to use the refrigerator and microwave.

Do you allow long term stays?

Due to there being no kitchen access at Seaside Inn, we do not allow long term stays at the property. We do allow long term stays at our Kemah Escape property because each condo has a full kitchen,

What is your cancellation policy?

We are a small business and run on a tight schedule. Therefore we require a card to be on file to make a reservation and we will charge your card 72 hours (3 days) prior to check in. If you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before check in there is no penalty. If you need to cancel your reservation within 72 hours of check in then you will have a credit for another stay at any of our properties.

Do you allow children?

Seaside Inn is an adult only facility, therefore no children under 18 are allowed at the property.
